Yes, you got a real deal if you were able to purchase and rehab for $65K and it appraises for $94.

I assume that you sold it at a discount compared to the appraised value and used that as a selling point. 

My guess would be $82K with $13K left over to cover the buyers closing cost and some incidentials. Am I far off or did  you go a different route?
