I'm still trying to learn about rentals before I start considering that myself or recommending it to others. Hence, I'm reading TWA :) Plus, I'm planning on not buying 3 Wiis and therefore having $3 million in the bank. That's the deal, right? Thanks for the mention! I think they are a great way to diversify, but I'm not sure how long I will be living in this area, and I would prefer to be around the house(s) I rent out, should I decide to go that route.
